By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that discolouration may occur and release SuperSoftWash from any liability related to such outcomes.
Client Responsibilities** Clients are responsible for: – Providing accurate information about the surfaces and areas to be cleaned. – Informing us of any pre-existing conditions that may affect the cleaning process or outcomes. – Ensuring that the areas to be serviced are free from obstacles and accessible to our team.
Limitation of Liability** To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SuperSoftWash be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: – Your use of or inability to use our Services. – Any discolouration or damage resulting from our chemical treatments.
Governing Law** These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic Of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes** We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
